Coat Check
For just $1.00 you can shop in comfort. Check your coat at Guest Services and shop with ease.
Gift Packaging
At Guest Services we provide Gift Packaging for your gifts at a nominal charge. We provide many different coloured bags, tissue paper and lots of ribbon to dress up that special gift. Small Gifts - $2.00, Medium Gifts - $3.00, and Large Gifts - $4.00.

Baby & Me Room/Family Washroom
Regent Mall's Baby & Me Rooms are available to parents as a place where they can feed and change their infant in a private and comfortable atmosphere. Regent Mall also provides our guests with complimentary baby wipes and emergency diapers (available at Guest Services or Mall Administration). Please see Guest Services.
Conveniently located next to our Baby & Me Room is our Family Washroom for families with small children or guests with special needs. It is wheelchair accessible and has a change table. Now with two locations to serve you better. Our original location next to the public washrooms near Reitman's and our new location at our Guest Services Centre. Stop by and check out the child size potty. It's a sight to see.
Strollers & Wheelchairs
Complimentary for guests on a first come first served basis. For our young guests, we offer single, double and infant strollers with shopping bags attached. Please sign in with Guest Services and you and your little shopper(s) will be on your way to shop in comfort.
Our five wheelchairs are available for use during regular retail hours. Please return strollers and wheelchairs to Guest Services, so other guests can enjoy them as they shop.

Our Guest Service staff are here to help you find the shop or services you are looking for. Stop by and pick up a Mall Directory. With over 115 stores and services to choose from, this complete listing of Mall Merchants will help you better plan your shopping trip.
First Aid Kit
Guest Services works in partnership with our Security Team to ensure the safety of your visit is a priority. We can provide you with a band-aid for scratches or an ambulance for emergencies.
Car Boosting / Tire Pumping
To ensure your shopping experience ends satisfactory, we now offer car boosting and tire pumping. If you require either of these services, visit Guest Services.
Bicycle Racks (Seasonal)
For your convenience, we have six bicycle racks strategically placed around our centre. Look for them at these entrances:
- Bluenotes
- Chapters (near Empire Theatres)
- Regent Mall Main Entrance (near Payless Shoes)
- Ricki's (near Sears)
- Smitty's
- Toys R Us
Regent Mall Walking Club
Get fit today in our climate controlled environment. Regent Mall Walkers walk all mall hours. Walking Club meetings are held a couple of times a year with great prizes, coffee/muffins and guest speakers. To get more information or to join, visit Guest Services today.
Security
Your safety is important to us. If you require Security assistance, visit Guest Services and they will promptly contact Security for you.
In-Mall Paging
Can't find your shopping mates? Our Customer Service Representative will be happy to use our in-mall paging system to reunite you with friends and family.
Lost & Found
Regent Mall receives a variety of items in our lost and found daily. We want to return these items to their rightful owners.
If you have misplaced something, simply give us a call or drop by Guest Services and we will have a look to see if we have your item.
Please note, Sears, Wal-Mart, Empire Theatres and Toys R Us have their own lost and found departments.
Children's Play Area
So your children enjoy the shopping experience too, Regent Mall offers a play area full of activities to keep your little ones entertained! "Your Play Space" is located next to public washrooms near Tip Top. Sit back and take a break while your little one has some fun and makes some new friends.
