- Sewing production on time and under Company standards.
- Continuously learns new alterations’ techniques and uses strengths to train other team members.
- Work towards keeping and improving production quality.
- Quality Focus- All items worked on are of best quality, ensuring a limited number of redoes.
- Delivers exceptional customer service.
